I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend, and spending Family Day doing something with their family! The weather this weekend has been great so far!
Our Winter Walk Day is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 21. Walk, wheel or snowshoe to school on Wednesday, and join the school for a morning walk. If it is raining, we will hold Winter Walk Day on Thursday. Active school transportation supports healthy brain development, reduces stress, anxiety and depression, and improves cardiovascular health as well! Join us for Winter Walk Day and make active school travel a part of your day.
On Thursday, students are invited to wear a sports or team jersey and bring in some change to support our Lenten Project, the OK Clean Water project. On Friday, the Gr. 6 students will be away on a ski trip, so we are having a pajama day in Gr. 4 and 5. Wear your jammies for the day, and be comfy!
